SHIPPING POLICY
*Your orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date you make your payment or confirm your order. Customized orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
DELIVERY
Emel Ismailoglu will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order and payment are received. All online purchases from Emel Ismailoglu are, in principle, prepared upon order and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. However, products in stock at the time of order will be shipped within 2 business days. Special orders and products not in stock will be prepared upon order and delivered to you within 7 to 10 days.
Pre-ordered products will be delivered to you within one week following the delivery date specified on the product's sales page. Your shipping tracking number will be provided when your package is dispatched. All domestic shipments include free shipping.
Orders placed from abroad will be delivered within 5 to 12 business days. The prices shown on EmelIsmailoglu/shop do not include international shipping costs or customs duties. Shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer (customer). Additional charges may apply depending on your country, and Emel Ismailoglu is not responsible for these.
All shipping or country-specific taxes, such as customs duties or any other fees, are the responsibility of the buyer (customer). There are no exchanges or returns. If, due to reasons arising from international law and varying by country, an exchange or return is necessary due to a faulty cause and the seller approves, all invoiced costs, including return shipping, cargo, customs, and fees, will be deducted from the refund amount. Emel Ismailoglu is not responsible for delays that may occur during shipping or customs clearance for international orders.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
Emel Ismailoglu accepts exchange requests for unused products, provided that these requests are submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery. Return/exchange requests made outside this period will not be accepted. For online purchases, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and box, with the label intact, and in a resalable condition for a return to be accepted. Products that have been tested with makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc., and that have any marks, stains, strong odors, damage, or have lost their originality cannot be exchanged or returned.
Custom orders made to order cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products requested for exchange must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, undamaged, and with their original packaging/accessories. For faulty or defective products, the exchange must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
Emel Ismailoglu must be notified in writing.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping of items you wish to exchange until they reach Emel Ismailoglu , and you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Once your return shipment arrives, we will inspect the product and send you a confirmation email regarding your request. All justified exchange requests will be processed within 10 business days.
